EnduRE30C WaterLock
This page provides practical guidance for applying EnduRE30C WaterLock Radiative Cooling Coating, a rare earth–based system designed to deliver integrated waterproofing and radiative cooling for building roofs and waterproof substrates. For detailed procedures and project-specific requirements, always refer to the official Construction Manual.
1) Application Methods
- Airless spray (recommended for uniform waterproof membrane thickness)
- Roller application (commonly used for waterproof membranes)
- Brush (edges, joints, details and repairs)
2) Drying & Recoat Time
- Surface dry: approximately ≤ 1 hour
- Hard dry: approximately ≤ 24 hours
- Minimum recoat time: 4 hours
- Maximum recoat window: up to 72 hours
3) Application Conditions
- Substrates must be structurally sound, clean and dry
- Cracks, joints and penetrations must be repaired before coating
- Application temperature: 5–35°C
- Relative humidity: ≤ 75% RH
- Do not apply during rain or when rain is expected before curing
4) Waterproof System Guidance
- WaterLock forms a continuous, elastic waterproof membrane
- Uniform film thickness is essential for waterproof integrity
- Extra attention is required at seams, corners and penetrations
5) Professional Use Notice
- Designed for professional application
- Surface preparation directly affects waterproof performance
- Always conduct a small-area test before full application
